How to delete your account

Open Mageness on your phone.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Your progress and any virtual items will be lost. Uninstalling the Game does not delete your account.

Can't open the Game?

E-mail [email protected] from any address with the subject "Delete my Mageness account". Include your Player ID (shown in Settings) if you can. We may ask for information to confirm the account is yours, and we complete the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your player account and its sign-in link (Google Play Games, Game Center or guest).
All game progress: levels, gold, items, equipment, heroes, talents, achievements and mail.
Leaderboard entries, purchase verification records, rewarded-ad records, gameplay statistics and support tickets.

What is kept, and for how long

We do not keep any of the data above after deletion. Copies may remain for a short time in Google's encrypted backups until they are overwritten. Purchase receipts held by Google Play or the App Store, and data held by Google (AdMob) or Apple as independent controllers, are governed by their own policies.

Silme işlemi anında gerçekleşir ve geri alınamaz. İlerlemen ve tüm sanal eşyaların kaybolur. Oyunu kaldırmak hesabını silmez.

Oyunu açamıyor musun?

Herhangi bir adresten, konusu "Mageness hesabımı sil" olan bir e-postayı [email protected] adresine gönder. Mümkünse Ayarlar'da görünen Oyuncu ID'ni ekle. Hesabın sana ait olduğunu doğrulamak için bilgi isteyebiliriz; talebi 30 gün içinde tamamlarız.

Silinen veriler

Oyuncu hesabın ve giriş bağlantın (Google Play Games, Game Center veya misafir).
Tüm oyun ilerlemesi: seviyeler, altın, eşyalar, ekipman, kahramanlar, yetenekler, başarımlar ve posta.
Sıralama kayıtları, satın alma doğrulama kayıtları, ödüllü reklam kayıtları, oyun istatistikleri ve destek talepleri.

Saklanan veriler ve süresi

Silme işleminden sonra yukarıdaki verilerin hiçbirini saklamayız. Kopyalar, üzerine yazılana kadar kısa bir süre Google'ın şifreli yedeklerinde kalabilir. Google Play veya App Store'un tuttuğu satın alma makbuzları ve Google (AdMob) ile Apple'ın bağımsız veri sorumlusu olarak tuttuğu veriler, kendi politikalarına tabidir.
